She is an expert in leading diverse, complex projects and business initiatives ranging from SAP enhancements, technology infrastructure, business process improvements, portfolio management, and regulatory permitting to global training. Her leadership has positively impacted innovative research and federal agency permitting of discovery products for commercialization worldwide. Experienced in managing interactions between diverse stakeholder groups, Beth has demonstrated that she is capable of influencing senior leaders and cross-functional business leaders while protecting the business’s freedom to operate.
