  This workshop will help participants understand the issues that they need to prepare and plan for as they build collaborative, transdisciplinary team. The workshop will discuss frameworks for building ‘team syntheses’ — from individual expertise into a collaborative network that clarifies roles; maps out flows, iterations, and incremental outcomes; anticipates emergent problems; and promotes reflective improvement.
